** All Sophomores participate in the test & Juniors/Seniors needing to make-up test

New 1/27/2010 School Community Council Elections

When: February 18th (Parent/Teacher Conferences)
Where: Timpview High School
Who: Those interested in submitting their name for placement on the ballot for the School Community Council need to submit their request to Dr. George W. Bayles at Timpview High School by Tuesday, February 16th at 3:00 P.M.  Please submit your name, address, a brief resume so those who will vote can get to know you, and a picture ( recommended).  If you have any questions, please call Timpview High School at 801-221-9720.

Qualifications: In order to serve on the School Community Council you must be a parent or guardian of a student currently enrolled or who will be enrolled at some point during your initial term as a member of the council, at Timpview High School

Golden Apple Teacher Award Winners

We would like to congratulate Dave Shelton and Alison Van Orden for being named the Golden Apple winners .

UBSCT Testing for all 10th Grade, & 11th/12th Grade Makeup Students

The Utah State required UBSCT (Utah Basic Skills Competency Test) for Writing, Math and Reading
will be held on the following dates, times and locations:

Writing on Tuesday, Feb 2nd – after lunch in Upper Academic Class Rooms
Math on Wednesday, Feb 3rd – after lunch in Upper Academic Class Rooms
Reading on Thursday Feb 4th – after lunch Upper Academic Class Rooms

Writing, Math, Reading Make-up on Friday & Monday, Feb 5 & Feb 8 – after lunch in Library

This test is for all sophomores and any 11th and 12th graders that need to retake or make it up.
